There are many tried and true ways of getting rid of unwanted negative emotions. This is one method that works very well for me. I will continue to share more exercises over the next few weeks that have given me good results. This can be done at any time, but it is helpful to perform this once a month during the waning moon.
This is a simple ritual that can be done anywhere, anytime. Simply visualize a lit black candle before you. See it clearly in your mind’s eye. Know without a doubt that this black candle will absorb all the negative energy you can throw at it. It will burn that negative energy and transform it to positive energy and send it back into the world.
While holding the image of the candle, take slow deep breaths. You are breathing in pure white light. You feel its purity filling your body and aura. As you breathe out slowly, you are breathing out black smoke. The candle is absorbing the smoke and transforming it. With each breath in, take in more white light and with each breath out we release more black smoke. As you continue to breathe, the smoke you breathe out will get lighter and lighter in color until it is pure white. A few more breaths and the smoke is transformed into white light completing the circuit. Ground and center in your new positive state and carry it with you as you continue with your day.
If you’re at home and want to use a physical candle, follow the same method, when you feel ready you can end the spell and let the candle burn out on its own.
